Terms of use

These are the rules for using the ATL GT Renewal portal. They cover the portal itself. They are not your contractor agreement with Best Choice Limo — that is a separate document you sign inside the portal.

What this portal does

It collects the documents Best Choice Limo needs to renew your Hartsfield-Jackson ground transportation permit, so the office can check them and file them. Nothing more.

Uploading is not submitting

When you photograph a document here it goes to Best Choice Limo office staff for review. It is not sent to the airport. The permit packet is assembled by the office and handed to the airport by a person. Nothing in this portal transmits to the airport on its own, and nothing here is a permit application by itself.

Your link is yours

The sign-in link the office sends you is a personal key. Do not forward it, post it, or let someone else use it — it opens your own documents. If you receive a link meant for somebody else, stop and call the office on 770-374-1337.

What you agree to do

• Upload documents that are genuinely yours and genuinely current.
• Not alter a document to change what it says.
• Tell the office promptly if something on your record is wrong.
• Use the noticeboard for questions other drivers can help with, and keep anything urgent to a phone call — the page is not monitored in real time.
• Keep noticeboard posts civil and about the work. Posts carry your name.

If you submit a document you know to be false or altered, Best Choice may stop processing your permit, and the airport may withdraw your authority to work there.

What the office does

• Has a person decide every approval. An automatic check can refuse a photo for blur, glare or darkness before staff see it, but nothing is ever approved by software.
• Tells you when something needs re-taking, and why.
• Keeps what it collects for the purposes described in the privacy notice, and destroys photographs when they are no longer needed.

The noticeboard

Office staff can remove a post or pin one to the top. A removed post stops being shown but is not erased from the company's records. Post nothing you would not want the office and every other driver to read.

If you stop working with Best Choice

Your access to this portal ends. What the company keeps, and what is destroyed, is set out in the privacy notice.

Availability

This portal is a working tool, not a guaranteed service. It may be unavailable for maintenance or because something has broken. It is never the only way to get a document to the office — if it will not work for you, call 770-374-1337 and a person will sort it out. A deadline is not extended because the portal was down, so do not leave it to the last day.

The contractor agreement is separate

Signing the Independent Contractor Agreement inside this portal is a signature on that agreement. These terms of use do not change it, and it does not change these.

Text messages

Text alerts are optional and stay off until you turn them on in the portal. If you do, Best Choice Limo texts the mobile number you confirm with a code. The program is called Best Choice permit portal alerts.

• What we send. A text when the office has sent you a new or updated document, or needs you to confirm one, and a confirmation code when you ask for one. Each text carries a sign-in link. It never includes your name or any detail of the document.
• How often. A few messages a month, depending on how many documents the office sends you.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping and help. Text STOP at any time to stop, or turn texts off in the portal. Text HELP or call the office on 770-374-1337 for help.
• Your choice. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of working with Best Choice Limo, and the portal works the same without them.
• Your number. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your texting consent with anyone for marketing. Twilio carries the messages for us; the privacy notice says more.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, you will be asked to read and accept the new version the next time you open the portal.
